Kim, who was seemingly choosing her words very carefully, revealed a number of shocking things about her marriage. One of the things she revealed is that she would get home and find that all their Lamborghinis were gone. On asking her husband, he would let her know that he gave them all away. According to Kim, she never knew what she would wake up to. On a different occasion, she said she got home and found five more Lamborghinis.
The Kardashians star also stated that leaving Kanye was the best way that she could be there for her four children, North, Saint, Chicago, and Psalm, whom she shares with him.
“When you have kids, it’s definitely harder to leave than it is to stay. And it changes everyone’s life forever. I had to save myself in order to be a better mum for everyone. And I think when everyone’s older, they’ll be able to understand it and see that all.”
Kim also revealed that the ‘Flashing Lights’ rapper has not seen their children in a couple of months, but also added that the children are aware of his busy schedule. Kim also went on to make it clear that she is all for co-parenting and welcomes a healthy parenting relationship, adding that he is welcome to see his children whenever he wants to, despite her having full custody of the children.
The entrepreneur who founded Skims, her company, which got her to billionaire status, cited Tristan Thompson, her sister Khloe’s baby father, as a good dad. She revealed that when Tristan is not working, he ensures that he puts their two children to bed every night and drives them to school every morning.
The podcast interview was conducted after Kanye released his documentary “In Whose Name?”, which took a deep dive into Ye’s private life. The documentary highlighted his marriage to Kim, and in multiple scenes, Kanye is seen shouting at Kim’s mother as well as Kim herself whenever they had disputes.
Kim also revealed in the interview that Kanye’s series of X posts, painting Kim and her family negatively, deeply affected her to the point that her eldest child, North West, took note of it. According to Kim, North told her that she is aware that she goes to her room to cry. North also encourages her to move on.
When asked if she would be open to marriage again, Kim revealed that she would absolutely walk down the aisle again. Kim has been married thrice; her first marriage was to Damon Thomas, who she stayed married to for 4 years. She then married Kris Humphries, and her marriage lasted only 72 hours. Her last marriage was to Kanye, whom she stayed for 8 years.
